Andysmanclub a peer to peer support group for men over 18 to help them through life. 

Not only do they believe #ITSOKAYTOTALK andysmanclub believe everyone should have a space where they feel comfortable.

For some people it's family or friends, Samaritans and others it's a doctor or professional help. To some people none of these they feel they can do.

That's why they have created groups across the UK. 1000s of men have now used these groups and find them extremely useful.

If you want to come down, just turn up. No referral, no registration. Just come along.

Perth's andysmanclub meets every Monday at 7pm at St Johnstone Football Club (except bank holidays)
