Did you know that you could pick up your replacement NHS Hearing Aid Batteries from CPK Rural & Mobile Libraries?

Simply call into your mobile library with your yellow battery book and staff will provide you with two packets of new batteries for each hearing aid.

NHS Tayside Audiology:  offer free local drop-ins where you can find out about:

• Fitting new batteries and new tubing
• Caring for and getting used to your hearing aids

(unable to re-tube OPEN FIT aids ( thin wire with tip in ear)

VisionPK offers services to people with a sensory impairment including:

• Specialist Assessments
• Provision of specialist aids and equipment
• Advice information and Training

Batteries can be picked up from:  the following libraries—Auchterarder, Alyth, Pitlochry, Comrie, Coupar Angus and Scone as well as all 3 mobile libraries. Most GP surgeries also supply free NHS batteries as does the WRVS canteen at PRI.
