Age Scotland’s helpline provides information, friendship and advice through a confidential freephone number.

The service is available for  older people, their carers and families in Scotland. They offer advice about:

• local services and opportunities
• benefit entitlements
• care rights
• housing options and heating
• legal issues such as Power of Attorney

They can also signpost or refer you to a specialist or local service which can help you, or an opportunity to get yout and about locally. 

Call Age Scotland free on 0800 12 44 222 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
