We are an independent, confidential and anonymous service.

Our helpline is run by women for women and we will support anyone who identifies as a woman who wants to talk about self-harm and/or self-injury.

We offer over the phone support for anyone affected by self-injury including friends, family and carers: The support we offer includes:

• Emotional support
• Information and advice
• A listening ear
• Signposting to relevant services in your area
