Wellbeing Support Team

The Service:

We aim to provide early intervention and relapse prevention services to empower individuals to recover from, or live better with, mental ill health through the provision of information, support, self-management programmes and peer support.

How we can help:

The team delivers a wide range of person centred and outcome focused work with individuals and small groups. We support individulas to develop self-managment skills and strategies to enable them to take responsibility for improved mental health and wellbeing. 

The work can include practical, social and emotional support and the development of self-help skills to better manage periods of ill-health.
