Mindspace offer counselling to people who are facing a wide range of difficulties or challenges such as:

• Bereavement or loss
• isolation, anxiety or depression
• Stress of work or in the home
• Difficulties in family or intimate relationships

Counselling is also available for people who want to explore their own potential for personal change or growth. The counselling service aims to promote mental health within the Perth and Kinross District. The service is open to individuals over 11 years of age.

Mindspace Recovery College

Mindspace Recovery College is like any other college where people come together to learn and share. The difference is that at Mindspace, learning will be delivered by people with lived experience and professional experience of mental ill health.

Through the provision of a safe and creative environment, they aim to help people to:

• Improve their knowledge of mental health
• Build their confidence
• Realise their potential and
• Participate in community life

Every student has the opportunity to have a discussion with one of our Recovery Facilitators to explore what else the Recovery College can offer.
