Gleneagles Day Opportunities

Gleneagles Day Opportunities is a specialist community service based in a purpose built centre in the Craigie area of Perth. This resource supports adults with a learning disability who require assistance with a range of health and social care needs. Additional to the Gleneagles-based staff team, visiting community nurses, healthcare professionals (i.e. speech therapy), social workers and agencies such as PAMIS also offer services on site. 

Opening Hours are:

• 0845 - 1600 - Monday to Thursday
• 0845 - 1545 - Friday
