Crossroads Caring Scotland is a national charity dedicated to the provision of short breaks for carers within their own homes. They also provide care at home support including personal care.

The Happy Highlanders is a social group which provides support to people living with dementia in the community. There are currently 30 to 40 people attending social events/outings that are arranged throughout the year.

We support people of all ages, including people with complex conditions such as dementia or a learning disability, or those just needing a little bit of extra help at home.

The Project works with adults who are experiencing exclusion and disadvantage because of challenging circumstances such as mental health problems, substance misuse, prison experience, unemployment and community service orders.

This service offers support groups across Perth and Kinross for people affected by someone who self-harms or who has passed away from self-harming or suicide.
