Each year PKAVS works in partnership with the Health and Social Care Partnership to organise an event to support unpaid carers to care and have a life alongside caring. This event is a fantastic opportunity for unpaid carers to get together, listen to informative speakers, take part in interactive workshops and find out more about what services and supports are available for carers in Perth & Kinross.  

The 2019 event also aims to help improve the Wellbeing of Carers through opportunities to:

BE ACTIVE for our physical and mental health

KEEP LEARNING new things 

TAKE NOTICE of what is around us

Recognise how GIVING can make you feel better

This event is open to any unpaid carers and also professionals who work with unpaid carers. Priority booking is given to unpaid carers and professionals who come along with a carer or support them to attend.
