Men's Sheds are gaining in popularity in Scotland and are widley acknowledged as providing many benefits to those who attend and the communities in which they are situated. The idea is part of Australian culture as well as many other countries where it has shown to improve Men's wellbeing and reduce isolation. Men's Sheds are friendly environments that cater for men of all interestsand serve as an important meeting place for men to socialise, share life experiences and skills.
