Are you an unpaid Carer?

Would you like to have a break from your caring role and have some ‘Me Time’? PKAVS Carers Hub is providing monthly therapy sessions for Carers in Crieff.

Therapy sessions lasts around 45 minutes.

These days also offer the chance for support and a chat over a cup of tea and some cake. 

Therapies are free of charge but a small donation would be greatly appreciated to help fund future therapy sessions.

Carers registered with PKAVS are free to book their therapies and appointments will be on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.

Bookings for therapies are open one week before the therapy date.

• June – 25th

  ** Please note there will be a new venue as of the 30th of July! Crieff Social Therapies will take place at the Day Unit, Crieff Community Hospital, King Street, Crieff, PH7 3HR. **

• July – 30th

• August – 27th

• September – 24th

• October – 29th

• November – 26th
