OUR MONTHLY SOCIAL THERAPIES ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED AT PRESENT DUE TO RESTRICTIONS THAT ARE IN PLACE. 

We know that a little pampering and some time to relax can make a difference and carers can access social therapies in a variety of areas throughout Perth and Kinross. 

Carers can access Social Therapies in a variety of areas throughout Perth & Kinross.

You can choose from different therapies, enjoy a 45-minute treatment and have the opportunity to socialise with other carers and speak to a support worker. Therapies are free of charge however a small donation is always appreciated and helps keep the therapies going. 

• Perth: 10:30 - 14:45. Last Friday & First Monday of each month @ PKAVS, The Gateway, North Methven Street, PH1 5PP. Click here for dates and more info

• Blairgowrie: 10:15 - 15:15. First Tuesday of each month @ the Adult Resource Centre, Jessie Street, PH10 6BT. Click here for dates and more info

• Crieff: 10:15 - 15:15. Last Tuesday of each month @ The Day Unit, Crieff Community Hospital, King Street, Crieff, PH7 3HR. Click here for dates and more info

• Aberfeldy: 11:00 - 15:00. Last Wednesday of every second month. Starting from Wednesday 29th May @ Aberfeldy Medical Centre, Taybridge Road, Aberfeldy, PH15 2BH. Click here for dates and more info
