As a carer we feel it is important that you take time to look after your own health.

We are offering free health checks for Carers at PKAVS in conjunction with NHS Scotland and Helathier Scotland.

What does this include:

• Checking cholesterol
• Measuring your weight
• Taking blood pressure
• Talking about a healthy heart and lifestyle
• Discussion about anything else that is concerning you around your health and wellbeing 

After the health check your results will be explained and you can be put in touch with local services if needed. 

When: Thursday 17th November between 10am and 12pm.
